One-on-one coaching, consulting, and mentoring

One on One CoachingProfessionals in all industries rely on coaches to improve their game and don’t feel embarrassed or inferior as a result of working with an expert. Quite the contrary, they feel sharper and more in control.

The ProfitAbility Institute’s faculty includes both consultants and coaches. While consultants provide the structure –– the systems, processes, and procedures to bring about the needed change –– coaches speak to the behavioral and emotional side of the person or team they are advising. Both consultants and coaches become deeply involved with clients in order to better understand their needs and to bring about positive change.

The ProfitAbility Institute provides coaching in four primary areas:

  • Individual coaching and mentoring –– We work directly with the business owner, CEO, individual members of the leadership team, or key employees within the organization to identify and sharpen their specific business skills. To learn more about mentoring, click here.
  • Leadership team coaching –– For your business to succeed, it is important that your leadership team can work together effectively. Coaching the leadership team as a whole enhances communication between individuals and departments, clarifies goals and objectives, and reduces the overall stress within the business to allow for a more rapid transition into a strategic growth mode.
  • Group coaching –– Similar to leadership team coaching, group coaching within specific departments achieves the desired results of clarified goals and objectives, enhanced communication, reduced stress, and a team that works together more efficiently and effectively.
  • Confidential sounding board –– A ProfitAbility Institute coach can provide assistance for those times when a CEO, president, or business owner needs to speak confidentially and totally “off the record” about a specific challenge or issue. In some cases, both coaches and consultants are called on to offer different perspectives or resolutions. Once all alternatives have been considered, including the pros and cons, a single coach works with the CEO to make a final decision.
